3 major damages discovered so far while unpacking - none were disclosed to us by the moving staff. Shattered a vanity mirror, wrecked arms on antique dining chair, pulled electrical cord out of air hockey table entirely.

Everything was great except one black bookcase got broken beyond repair.

The movers were great. Hard working and constantly asking if we were happy. My 75 inch was broken once I turned it on the next day and they sent someone at immediately to look at. I am waiting on a resolution but, so far, so good.

I am so disappointed with the damage done to our belongings, many thinks marked fragile were broken, they are being paid for. Many pieces of wood furniture were dinged and someone stole out drill, drill bits, sockets and tips and were were told by Edwin there was nothing that could be done about this as we did not have proof or did not report these thing soon enough. I will never recommend you to anyone and will let all my friends and family know not to use you and what happened to us.

Over all experience Very Good! Really impressed with your lead guy! One minor issue: Lead man was in truck while the 2 assistants were moving front loading washing machine out of laundry into garage. Machine took a hard bump when traversing step down into garage. Just used washing machine couple days ago and machine drum appears to be out of balance, evidently from the bump. . Going to have service tech look at it. I reviewed recommend moving procedure on internet, suggest you have additional training for moving staff. The lead man seemed to be well versed on this. New Whirlpool front loading washing machine approximately 11 months old.

The move was quickly and efficient. Tyrese and Raymond did an excellent job. There was some minor damage to one of my walls but they submitted a damage report and told me that someone would be out to repair it. I am just waiting for them to schedule the repair. Accidents happen and I would definitely use them again.

Great guys on the moving team. Super attitude. Knew how to work. I was disappointed in that they only had 5 pieces of furniture to move and 2 had damage to them. I have not been able to open all the boxes yet so hope not to find more damages. Would I use this company again - YES. Overall cost vs work they save it's very worth the price. I believe they take much better care of my goods than most movers out there. I had no worries that the job would be a problem.

Not all items were moved, mover ate and left trash from his food on the floor, an item was broken when dropped by mover.

Movers started out great, but towards the end of a long day they must have gotten careless. I gave them lunch and a large tip only to discover after they left that boxes were delivered upside down and to the wrong rooms. They also got black grease on my white carpet. They put heavy furniture (that I cannot move) up against the wall and did not bother to plug it in, so I can’t use any of the lighting features. I paid a lot of money for this move and am very disappointed.

Steve & Anthony were great. They listened and were very careful with all our things. No damage, polite, quick and efficient. No slam bam we’re done like another outfit in SCW. We not only recommend, but will be using again in the near future when we move to our permanent home.
