The two guys that helped me move were great. What irritated me about the whole move is that I was told by Veon in the office that I would be able to follow the truck right from my house to the storage facility. I had sensitive items in the truck which meant I could not take my eyes off the truck for fear of someone breaking in and stealing something. Instead of going directly to my storage unit, the office team redirected them to a different customer location to help a second team move items. Then the remaining space in the rear of my truck was loaded with another guyandacirc;??s appliances and had to be dropped off at his new location first and moved into the house. Because of this, when we finally got on the road again to go to my location, we now had to stop for gas extending my move to 7 hours.

Your office staff who took my order, the helpful person on the phone when I had a question, and especially your two men, all we're most friendly and helpful. They all did a great job. It was a very refreshing experience. Thank you.

The 3 men crew sent out were extremely courteous and efficient. I would for sure recommend them to anyone moving. They should be commended for the excellent service they provided.
