One worker was good and the other mover was watching a show and lifting up stuff 1 at a time, with one hand. I ordered 3 movers and got 2. No one called to confirm the day before. Mattress pads were supposed to be free, and they ruined our master bedroom mattress as it was too heavy for them. Driver was friendly and worked his butt off.

This is the first time we have used Two Men and a Truck. We are super happy with our experience! Our scheduler was super friendly and helpful. The two men were EXCELLENT! They moved furniture up and down steep stairs so quickly. They also wrapped everything and were super conscientious about walls, NO DAMAGE! Excellent Team, Excellent Company!

Most team members were professional and courteous. Team was not prepared for large furniture. Recommend members wash hands before moving soft furniture. Team did not pack truck correctly and could not take all items even though there was room. One member was visibly upset that the move was taking longer than anticipated. Boxes where delivered upside down or sideways even though I tipped. :(

The gal that I spoke on the phone with when I called to put the order in was over the top with her very professional customer service & very friendly . The 2 men on the truck were very very hard workers & With us owning our own retail business, we would hire all three of theses employees in a heart beat !!! Successful business is all about customer service & they are a good example of it !!!
