The truck was too small, which required the men to make two trips, and added approximately 1-1/2 hours (traveling back and forth) to their day (which, I was charged for). I feel that because Two Men and a Truck came out and conducted an on-site survey prior to the move, they should have brought a larger truck which would have eliminated the need for this additional time, and because of the fact that they didn't, I shouldn't have received this additional 1-1/2 hours charge. I asked to me contacted by the Phoenix Operations Manager to discuss this, and I am still waiting to receive his call. Very disappointing...

After reviewing your concerns with our staff, we would like to point out that your original estimate showed our truck was estimating about 85% full based on the items you told our In Home Consultant would need to be moved. On the day of the move, there were items added to the inventory list, which caused our truck to fill up, and require a second trip. Had we known you wanted to move these items ahead of time, we would have recommended adding a second truck to make your move go more smoothly and quickly. Our Operations Manager Chris is going to reach out to you, if he has not already.</div>

the moving team - the packers - loaders-movers- were excellent and worked hard andamp; fast.
The manager of the company not so. He sent the packers out without supplies of boxes needed for packing - they had to come from the other side of town. Until they arrived all the packers (3) had to wait and only do with what they had - only small boxes. After calling him about the
problem and why he sent the packers without the boxes for me to pay, he agreed to an adjustment Without my phone call, I would have
had to pay for time they were waiting - which is outrages.

Everything was great!! My only complaint is the $75 valuation fee that I paid and later learned was optional. I would have liked to know this prior to the move as I would have declined the additional charge.Thank you.

Cameron and Kevin were awesome. They were sensitive to my requests regarding some boxes being close to the entrance to the storage. They were very happy and jovial the whole time, and clearly enjoy their work and the challenges of fitting everything perfectly. They were timely and organized. I also appreciate their service to our country as Marines! :-)

I called on Monday needing a move to happen on Friday. Obviously this was very short notice but Two Men was able to schedule me. They were reasonably priced, on time, very efficient and friendly. The two young men were friendly and very careful with my items. They accomplished my move in one hour which saved me money. Thanks.
