Didn't move all items. Office person said a supervisor would call me back. Still waiting 4 days. Driver wanted to go on the clock to pickup the items they forget. Needless to say the items stayed at old place, I'll not use again

I was given a three hour window of when to expect the truck. Received a call stating they would arrive near the end of that window. Time expired and still no truck. I was upset until truck arrived about a half hour later. Moving team worked with such efficiency and care that entire move was completed in one hour. Forgot all about being upset and was very pleased with service provided. Thank you. Will use company again.
