The team arrived right on time. They were professional and courteous to me and my family. They worked very hard and took great care of my belongings. They were great and I will absolutely use Two Men and a Truck if I move again.

The movers were good to begin with. Then they realized we would need another trip to complete the move. They tried to get another truck to come help- there was a lot of idle time wasted that we were charged for while waiting for the second truck that never came. Our bed was put together poorly and nothing was mentioned to us about it.

Matt & Will were so polite, hard working and gracious on moving day. I had absolute confidence in their ability to take care of my items. Stephane and the sales team were extremely polite and responsive to my needs. I believe I received great value for my money. I would highly recommend this company and would hire them again. The attitudes were poor, they didn't seem to want to be doing their job. I was also told by my storage facility that they quickly loaded things up 2 1\2 hours. It took them 5 1/2 at my place. What I am really concerned about is that there were a lot of things in black trash bags which were in my room. I thought some were really heavy when I moved them I pulled out soping wet mold growing things. I am severely allergic to mold and have been having breathing trouble since I opened them. I already talked with my storage facility. What I don't understand is that how do you not notice a plastic bag being way to heavy multiple of them, and a few were even leaking. Very unprofessional

The company was excellent. The only issue was we had a piano that needed moved and is very old and heavy. They only sent two men to load but they could not handle the piano and had to call for help because it was too heavy so we had to wait for help. I told the lady on the phone it took 6 of us to move it in the house. She said they could handle it. About 1 hour later they did show up and did a good job of moving it. We were very happy, Thank You. Les

The guys arrived punctually, worked quickly and with care . The whole process was efficient and painless. However, the $180 set up and travel time are very steep.

Three fine young men with good work ethic and personalities to match We couldn't be more pleased. We are relocating to East Bay San Francisco in a year and will certainly consider using Two Men and a Truck for the move.
