The moving truck tore down my phone line even though one of the moving team was guiding the truck. One of my teak dining room chairs was destroyed, hidden and left behind. The movers only moved four chairs, hoping I would not notice there should be six chairs. The movers dropped several boxes on my porch and then abruptly leaving, leaving myself (who is handicapped) and a neighbor to move them indoors during a rain storm). The movers moved bags of garbage while leaving behind items they were instructed that were important to move. Several civil war coins, Morgan silver dollars, and 1964 Kennedy, went missing. The movers got my tool box stuck in gravel and wanted to leave it there, although I objected and eventually it was moved into the garage with my help. I have photos of poor work.

I had a terrible experience with the phoenix two men and a truck location. My furniture was severely damaged for having moved only two miles, the office staff had incorrectly filled out my moving information and made it difficult to get a hold of the movers, and the entire move took much longer than I thought was reasonable. I will not be using this branch in the future

Took several days and calls to reserve. Sent emails that were not responded to. Deposit has not been refunded, but money for move has been debited from account. Movers destroyed furniture, I have not received a call. This particular move was horrible using your company.

The cost was much higher ($850) for one room of furniture and boxes. I brought everything down to one room by front so it only took 36 minutes to load. I just had one table and bedroom set that was furniture, which I had taken apart. My table got a big scratch and a chip. I also paid$100 for insurance but haven't heard back regarding my table.

The move was successfully and I'm satisfied with the service. BUT there was damage to the headboard of my bed. I hope it gets taken care of. Thank you

Overall, they did a great job with my move. One lamp broke during the move but everything else went well.

I really am overall with Two men and a truck. The office team and movers were great and friendly. The only problem was that the movers mistakenly lost the end caps for the bed slats thus we can't sleep on our bed until they arrive from an international destination, which is the only place you can find them. It's an inconvenience, but I know it was an honest mistake on their part.

Over all the service was good except they broke one of my dinning room table leg. The company was able to fixed it in 1 1/2 week.

My refrigerator was damaged. I have that in writing. I was told that you would contact me with 3 days or so to deal with the problem. No one has contacted me after 10 days. I expected better service and communication from a local company that touts their professional training and commitment to serving customers.
I liked the young men who did the moving and tipped them $50.00 apiece. I understand that mistakes and damage unintentionally occurs but am sorry that no follow-up has been undertaken by your company. I want to give TMAAT good reviews but cannot do so unless you correct the problem.
