We had one little mishap with a very old dressing table having the leg snap off and then the mirror broke.. They immediately wrote up a repair report and are taking care of everything. I was very impressed how good they were about the issue. It really wasn't their fault as the dressing table is very old. I am impressed with the team leader and how courteous all the employees were. We bought them lunch as they were such a wonderful crew.

Our moving team was FANTASTIC! Hard working, great attitudes, and extremely courteous! I couldn't be happier with the whole experience and would definitely call Two Men and a Truck for any future moves! Thank you!!

I would have like to see my updated contract via email prior to service. Instructions were given as far as where to take items in my home upon delivery; and one of the two men continuously brought items that belonged in the garage into the home. I believe time was extended because the worker would bring items upstairs and then had to return them to the garage area. I don't believe all workers were aware of what to do A extra man was dropped off without my knowing ahead of time. I appreciate the help with my move but would have liked to see things handled more efficiently.

The team from beginning phone call to the very end was very helpful, responsive, courteous and thorough. The estimation of move time was significantly off, not that it was an issue for me but it could be for some. Overall I absolutely loved and appreciated the whole entire moving process!

I was pleased with the two young men, thought they did a great job at first. The office even called me to ask me how things were going? I told them great, but after the movers were done and gone, I noticed that one of them dropped my big screen, it's all scraped up and when they unwrapped it they cut my screen with the box cutter! The t.v. still works fine, but I am so disappointed that they didn't even tell me what happed. I was too mad to even call the company back.
