Movers did not show up on time. Scheduled for morning at 8am. They arrived at 1:30pm. I called multiple times. Impossible to get ahold of sales people or anyone besides secretary due to phone system. When movers didn’t show up I was told by the secretary that my sales person would call me. They never did. Also, I had to call/email over and over for 3 days to get deposit paid. Not using you again!

These boys/men were a great image for your company. I should remember the names cuz they were awesome, but I am wore out and cannot. The newest guy has some learning to do but the lead guy was a great trainer/teacher to both, and handler of the issues that came up, through no fault of his. The driver was conscientious and courteous…and they all worked their tail off. We could not have done this!
