The team that moved my wife and myself went above and beyond. I would like to suggest that on hot days they wear a lighter colored shirt and they have oversized containers to keep filled with cold beverage. They also need to carry some sort of box cutter. When you send them out on a job they need to have a cooler with them with the cold beverage their lunch and plenty of ice. All these items could have your logo on it. It would make me fill you are doing everything possibly to ensure the safety of your team. Most of the movers are young and do not have the experience or knowledge to know they need to do this and their company should provide this for them. We appreciated and enjoyed the pleasant young men that made our move a pleasant one.

I paid for boxes for 3 TV sets. Boxes were not used but I still had to pay. Also after movers left found spindle (top that screws in) was missing. They did show up on time and worked hard. A good job just not great.

Overall I was satisfied with the overall experience. However, my daughter's entertainment center was broken. I reported it the day after our move. I have still yet to hear from someone to rectify this matter. Other than that my experience would have been excellent.

I thought the movers were friendly, but not concerned with our belongings. Things labeled fragile were not treated differently. Floors/corners were not covered/padded like I was told they would be. Floors in our new house are scratched going into every room. Damage was done to my upright piano, CLEARLY from the cart they put it on. I signed a damage waiver at the end instead of at the beginning or when the truck was loaded (fishy). And then I was told I signed off on piano damage- which I distinctly remember only being the fragile leg- that I myself pointed out. I value honesty and integrity a great deal and this was wrong. I have still yet to hear back from company about the damage. I was also talked out of valuation charge because “the movers will still take great care if your things”.

We had left over items that were NOT moved over.
The washer was moved to our new house and I just happened to go back to our house to list it for sale and they didn’t turn off the water to the washer... leaving my house completely flooded.
“Call my insurance company” is what I got.

Liability for electrical and plumbing APPLIANCES apparently means the entire house.

Trust me when I say, all our connections with major companies, major people moving too and from will know all about this.

Items were broken in the move that seemed to be due to carelessness. Boxes got wet and items were damaged due to leaks in trucks that the moving team commented had been an issue for a long time. We paid for valuation which we were told would be replacement value should anything be damaged. It’s been over a week and we have yet to hear from the employee in charge of damages despite leaving voicemails. We were also told the day of the move (Saturday) when items were damaged that we would hear from him Monday. Having moved several times with different companies, we were very disappointed with the service of two men and a truck on this move and would not use the company again because so many of our items were damaged.

On time and worked diligently until complete. My wheelbarrow was damaged and I signed a damaged report, but no one explained what happens next with that.

I cannot put together my beds they disassembled at the storage unit because they lost lasers and no one is calling me back. It took almost 5 hours for three men and a large truck in one trip to move me when it took to man with a smaller truck and two trips three hours. The price was ridiculous

I use 2MaaT because they are easy to book, local and inexpensive. I do NOT expect perfection because I am not paying for it. There is some minor damage to my furnishings, but I do not have anything so valuable that it is an issue. I did notice that they used much less of that plastic wrap this time than any of the other 3 times and in some cased they did not use any. I have mixed feelings about that: I felt ecological guilt over the use and waste of so much plastic in the past, but not using it also resulted in some very minor damage. As in all things: Manage you expectations when paying a discounted price. You can't have it both ways and if your belongings are so valuable to you, then pay the price of the high-end moving services. I have used 2MaaT a total of 5x and I would use again.

A friend of ours recommended the services. She said she hired them twice and the experience had been great. She was right, the service was great!
