I was very pleased with the office staff in helping make arrangements for my move. The moving crew, Jose / Mike / Noah, were extremely courteous & attentive. They were so careful with our things, padding & wrapping them. They placed the furniture where we asked them to. They even let us change our minds & rearranged a couple of pieces for us before they left.

Movers did not show up on time. Scheduled for morning at 8am. They arrived at 1:30pm. I called multiple times. Impossible to get ahold of sales people or anyone besides secretary due to phone system. When movers didn’t show up I was told by the secretary that my sales person would call me. They never did. Also, I had to call/email over and over for 3 days to get deposit paid. Not using you again!
