The gentlemen that performed the service were all very courteous and did a great job. it was clear that they were trained and knew exactly what they were doing. They were efficient and prepared. I will definitely use them again.

This was our first experience using any sort of moving company. We were nervous, but I couldn’t have been more pleased. The men were respectful in conversation (yes ma’am was used with every response even at the end of a hot summer day of moving) and with our stuff and houses (we don’t have a lot but we take pride in what we do have, and so did the men) . I took their names to help us when we need to move out of the rental and into our next home!!

Courteous, prompt, and professional. Had to change move dates twice and they were very easy to work with.

I was very impressed with the moving team. They were detailed and were careful with the items to move. Would recommend to any friend moving.

I'm disabled. Had them put all my boxes in the garage. They stacked them so high that I'm going to have to have someone come over & take down the first couple of rows because I cannot do that. They dented a file cabinet, crushed a bookcase by setting something on top of it that was too heavy, & their truck broke 2 big limbs on the neighbor's oak tree that hangs over in my yard. They got down 1 limb with the help of the neighbor, but they left the other one hanging in the middle of the driveway. I have no way to park my Suburban without the limb scraping it. The guys were very nice. I took them to lunch at a Chinese place they wanted to eat. They worked very hard, but they've made my job of unpacking much harder.

I couldn't have asked for nicer movers. They worked hard. There was some bickering, but they had a long day and the supervisor shut it down pretty fast.

Price quoted & actual cost was a shocker considering we had moved a lot of our items ourselves. We did tip the movers because they did a lot of heavy lifting. We have moved and lived in many places in the world. This was the worst experience we have had in the fifty something years of moves.

My packing team was careless and slow, packed things they shouldn’t have and refused to pack pictures and other items resulting in added costs on moving day. As I was moving into storage I’m also worried about how many things are likely damaged because of refusals to pack them. On the move day 1/2 my crew (our main truck) was awesome and was super helpful in organizing and making everything fit in storage. The other 1/2 (second truck) must have been the b team. They hit and destroyed a mailbox, hit the other moving truck and constantly banged my belongings off of walls etc. not sure if I’ll use two men and a truck again after this one...

The men were courteous, very careful with my belongings which I had packed myself, used shrink wrap when they thought any box or item looked iffy, and never stopped working. They were friendly and helpful, and it was an enjoyable day, which is a first in moving for me. I WILL be using you if I move again!

The response from the company was immediate. They were patient in explaining procedures and answering questions. They were unfailingly courteous and friendly and were as helpful as anyone could possibly be. Not a single item was damaged or broken.The cost was more than fair, and they tried to make sure I let them do all the work. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
