Megan was awesome when booking my move. It had been a stressful few days when preparing to move and Megan turned things around for me. She was so kind and took the time to listen to my needs. Knock your socks off Customer Service! We arrived at the new house to unload and found the electricity had not been connected. It was about 90°, and everyone was uncomfortable. They kept cheery attitude, and just kept moving. No tempers no grumbling. They deserve Hazardous duty pay

Hannah provided good customer service, keeping me informed every step of the way. She was able to adjust to senior slow mode and making the arrangements. The packing team was excellent friendly flexible about using existing boxes from my last move.
