The crew showed up when they said, were very polite and got right to it. The front office was dead on in their estimate in time it would take so there were no surprises. No negatives at all, I'd definitely use them again.

BRITTANY
Very pleased with my experience with Two Men and a Truck for the THIRD time this year! I was able to get set up with a quick move within just a few days notice and on an icy MLK day nonetheless (Jared was a HUGE help with the coordination). I will keep using TMandamp;AT for all of my moving needs and consistently refer my friends and family to for their moving needs.

According to my Dad, (I am the son-Ron) a gentleman came out, looked over everything, made commitments, set up a date and time. My Dad ended up in the hospital, so I reached out to you about 5 days in advance and found out was not scheduled, was not detailed as to what was to happen, was supposed to include packing and scheduled for Friday morning. He had to be out by then so we could clean apartment. NOpe, not scheduled, not scheduled for packing, so had to jump through hoops, but greatfully got it scheduled for Friday afternoon, and as indicated above was very pleased. Not sure how something so important as scheduling after visiting and committing to certain things got lost in your system. overall, understand, and yes, would recommend, but was very frustrated.

ERIK AND CHRISTY
The team was excellent. My only complaint was difficulty reaching a person when trying to call. But staff was very helpful - especially when we had to change our move date. The actual crew was create. In particular, we loved the positive attitude and high energy of Will. That young man was fun to work with. We enjoyed the experience and would recommend others to use the service.
