Just as I expected the team worked well together. All Very polite. They had some very expensive TV's/Monitors to move and they were so careful to take extra care with the packing and unpacking. The team work I saw between the four men was the best. I don't think they even had to talk to each other it was like they were reading each others mind.

The men were very good. Arrived on time. I had an issue with not having hoses for washing machine. Since Lowe's wouldn't deliver, a gentleman said he would bring from Home Depot. Since time ran out Slate said he would have done it. Very kind to volunteer. Seemed like a little expensive, though.

The movers were very personable and cooperative. Office did not communicate service delay well, and movers were forced to overwork themselves based on a previous job being eight hours long. I felt bad for the movers because they had already put in a full day's work by the time they arrived to my home.

My move was rescheduled because my driver called in sick. Disappointing life happens and I was OK with a one day delay. However, I got no call on Sunday advising me there was a delay. When I called in at 9:30 to see where my crew was, I was told someone would call be back but that did not happen until 10:45 when I was told they could not find my paperwork. At 11:09, I finally got a call the crew was in route. I later learned the paperwork was locked up and the crew could not get to it. The crew said they had been waiting since before 8 am (as was I). Confusing and unprofessional to both the crew and myself. Everything else when well and all were professional and polite.
