I am very disappointed with how the company operates. I moved all of my 'fragile' items in my car and paid the movers to move bigger items such as bed, crib, two small dressers and a chair. 4/5 of these items were damaged. The crib being the most frustrating. They broke a leg off so it is on three legs. They proceeded to tel me to 'just prop it up against the wall' and my kid 'should be fine'. Before I made the appointment, I asked, triple checked about if they wrap mattresses and dressers. The man told me absolutely but when the movers arrived they said no- that I would've had to request that. Although I saw the padding and wraps in the truck, they still did not wrap my items. They drug my mattress all over the floors and filthy elevators even after my asking them not to. They ripped the back of my chair and marked up the front. They broke a leg off my dresser and told me 'it was like that before we moved it' yet I found the leg in the elevator. The list goes on. I am very upset with how my things were handled and also how they proceeded to make me feel after realizing 90% of my things were damaged from the move. The older man told me that even though my stuff was broken by them, I shouldn't feel as bad because he is the one who is going to have to pay for the items.....
I just can't even find a positive thing to say about this situation. I feel taken advantage of.

The two workers did a great job moving our stuff. They went above and beyond in meeting our needs, I recommend them for sure.

They sent the “A-Team” for my move. These guys are top professionals. From wrapping and caring for my belongings to making my experience worry-free, they took the time and interest to make sure I was completely satisfied. The men were very professional and responsive to my requests. Two of the men - Henderson and the other driver - were instrumental. They strategically placed items in the trucks and storage units. The other two workers did not appear as knowledgeable; however, they were easy to work with.

My two movers were exceptional. Spent two months remodeling prior to moving and they were very careful a d didn't bump a wall or slide anything on the new floors

The two men that helped with the move did an excellent job. Everything went as planed and I am very satisfied with the company. Would use them again when needed.
