One of your guys dropped the microwave. Shattered the glass door and made it unusable. I was not mad. The gentleman did not mean to break it. From my understanding they had placed it on top of a stack of blankets and it slipped off and broke. But other than that the movers were very polite and courteous about what they had to do. And they were fast. I thank you. I will use you again in the future.

Worked with three different TmT teams. All were helpful, diligent, hard workers. A pleasant experience for my wife and me. You were recommended by the retirement community to which we moved. I contacted 4 local area movers. Mr. Underwood was the ONLY person who came to our home to review our concerns. That effort on his part was very meaningful to my wife and me.

On time, and fast, saved me an hour from the estimate. Would be better to have secure payment options on the web-site. I had a hard time getting someone to answer the phone when trying to make my deposit, but other than that it was a breeze!

The two gentlemen that moved us was outstanding. High praise for them! Our experience only had one problem. The arrival time was between 8-9 AM. At 9:12 still haven't heard from anyone. I started calling (no answer) & reaching out on social media. Finally got someone to respond to tell me the original drivers had called in sick. Management should have called me to inform me of this delay.

My team was awesome. I am a military guy who is used to a big company sending in 6 or 7 guys to complete my move. While 4 to 5 people initially showed up to help prep and load (to include the operations manager) for the unload, I was left with only 2 guys. I helped them and they were completely wasted but they safely moved my stuff with no damage. They deserve a bonus!!!!!

First, Jeremy, you told me that the packers would stay as long as I was willing to pay them. They were not.

Second, Jeremy, you told me the movers would be at my house at approximately 7:30. They were not. They arrived mid morning.

Third, Jeremy, one of the packers you hired packed oils laying on their sides which of course leaked and ran into a wardrobe that contained about $800 of clothing.

The move was successful. The moving team was very conscientious and careful with my furniture, etc. I have used Two Men and a Truck in the past and would use them again--will also refer your company to others. Thank you for good service.

I missed placed the paperwork with movers name on it. But they were very good. If you can please look up their names .
