The estimate was terribly low and we had moved two rooms after the estimate and before the 4 men came.
The lead worker was really good and worked hard and fast but the other three were slow.
I was under the impression that they were supposed to set up the beds but two of the three were not.

Drew, we apologize for the miscommunication about the estimate. We try to be diligent in our inventory list, move from and to addresses, stairs, etc to ensure our estimates are as close to accurate as possible. We also apologize for two of the team members not hustling enough. We do appreciate you choosing us. If you still need the beds put together, please contact our office and ask for Keaton.

Slow moving. Took too long. They forgot several tools they should have brought with them. I ended up having to find the tools for them in the chaos of moving. One of them forgot to bring a dolly. Luckily I had borrowed one from work to help me with heavy stuff. What mover forgets the dolly?!?
