Hired them to move an upright piano. They scratched the wood floor in several places. The movers told me not to worry that they had sent in photos to the office and they would call me and send a “wood guy” to fix any damages. Supervisor came, I also pointed out the scratches to him. I called the office 2 days later and was told that they would NOT cover ANY DAMAGE. He said I signed a paper that released them from any liability from damage The metal part of the dolly is what scratched my wood floors and they did not have not any mats to protect it when that happened. After the supervisor came, they used heavy blankets and folded cardboard. From that point,the floor was not damaged. They should have protected my floor THE ENTIRE TIME. The office was VERY RUDE!!

Very pleased with the moving experience. Glen and Levan were two great guys and I enjoyed meeting them. They were extremely helpful, courteous, and a pleasure to work with.

The guys showed up on time introduced themselves promptly. Both were friendly and engaged in conversation while still surveying the items to be moved. Great care was taken to wrap and secure the items from damage.
Items were delivered and setup in a timely manner placed exactly where we wanted them.
