Our "Sleep Number " air bed mattress was mashed badly in the move to the point it can not be used. This is our primary bed. I will place a call to the office to report the issue. The other item damaged was my computer desk. 1 drawer will not slide into the slot that it was removed from for transport. One other piece of the desk could not be reattached. The truck used for the job did not have enough room to move all our items.
The management and office staff followed up several times with us during the move. We appreciated their efforts to keep us informed.

Overall I had a good experience, the movers moved as quickly as they could. They worked very hard to get me packed and unpacked in a timely manner. There were only two small issues. 1. They had a hard time getting my headboard down a narrow stairway. After about 20 minutes of trying, they decided to take it apart. When they made it down the stairs, one of the bolts were missing. This added about an extra 30 minutes or so that could have been saved if they would have just taken it apart from the beginning. 2. I had a box marked 'FRAGILE' 'GLASS' and after unpacking, I found five cracked glasses.

The movers lost a Santa Claus and a bookcase shelf. I called the office and no one ever called me back. I will now have to throw out the bookcase. The Santa was my only Christmas decoration because I do not have room for a tree.I am very disappointed.

The move took longer than we had anticipated. The movers were slow. And after they put the bed together-it fell when my mother-in-law sat on it. And she only weighs 103 lbs. and she just barely sat when it fell. The movers said it was because she didn’t have any slats but she has had that bed for 30 years without issues. I guess it wouldnt have been so bad if the guys would have showed interest on whether or not my mother- in-law was injured. But they didn`t inquiry.
Lesson learned.

I did not answer any of the questions because i ended up with a two day move that should have only taken one day. the movers for the first day damaged my furniture, did not have the proper tools to work with, did not pack the truck properly and took entirely too long. The three that were scheduled for day two did an excellent job. they were properly equipped, very careful with my things, worked quickly and efficiently. I would have no problem recommending our day two crew. please give credit to Floyd, Mardye and Angelo. thank you

THE MOVE WENT VERY WELL; HOWEVER, WHEN i WENT TO LOOK FOR 2 ITEMS USED IN YARD WORK THEY WERE MISSING. iT TOOK SEVERAL CALLS TO THE OFFICE AND I WAS FINALLY TOLD THAT THEIR GPS SHOWED NO STOPS AND NOTHING WAS SEEN ON THEIR YARD CAMERA. i WAS OFFERED ASSISTANCE IN FILING A POLICE REPORT. THE TWO MISSING ITEMS HAVE AN ESTIMATED COST OF $250.--$300. IT PROBABLY ISN'T WORTH THE TIME TO SEEK THE SERIAL NUMBERS OF THE ITEMS, MUCH LESS HAVING TO DEAL WITH THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND ALL THEIR REQUIREMENTS,
I WILL DEFINITELY NOT USE TWO MEN AND A TRUCK EVER AGAIN.

A one day move, one bed, three dressers, a mirror, ottoman, a mirror, television, and a chair, took a week to complete. One of the movers kept verbalizing that he couldn't do the move. I received property damage because that mover dropped his end of the dresser. The company did repair damage dresser. I use this company before and did not have any issues. However this recent move has tarnished my opinion of this company. Jessica, the office help need to return to customer service training. She not helpful. If I need a moving company in the future I will not use this company again. I willing to pay more to prevent the headache

Very bad experience. Did not send enough help.My wife and I had to help. I even hired an employee to help. Your guys left 2 truckloads if patio furniture. I had to keep calling office to send back movers. I finally finished the move myself. The job required 2 crews. The crew was so tired by halfway through the move that the damages some furniture. We spent days marking the furniture & boxes, they were so tired they just place anywhere. We are still moving items to proper location. Horrible experience. The last communication I had with the office when I asked to speak to manager was “ the manager said he would send movers back to help me load my truck”. Bad service! The only good I can say is a girl in the office lowered my bill to only charge me for 1 crew and 1 truck. But that should have

I am disappointed with your service.

1. The movers broke a piece of furniture that they packed.
2. I was told I would be contacted about the broken furniture within two business days, but I have not been contacted.
3. The movers broke a glass object that I had carefully packed and labeled "fragile".
4. I hired the movers to pack the kitchen but they forgot to pack the drawers or the bottom cabinets. They also left one large item on the counter.
5. I told the movers that one piece of furniture should be taken apart before the move, but they did not take it apart.

I don't like to leave negative comments, but I thought this feedback might be helpful. I would recommend calling your clients after the move in order to hear whether it went well. I was contacted during but not after the move.
