I had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck and my Saturday rainy move. Even though I just had a few boxes and a bed, the guys (Lou andamp; Daniel) took special care to wrap my items, pad up corners, and lay andquot;anti-slip rugsandquot; so that they could do the job right. They even helped me rearrange all my rooms and storage unit - all with a great attitude! I was very satisfied with my move and the Two Men that helped me out.

I was impressed at the work ethic of the young men who conducted the move. They hussled! Yet, were careful with the items. This move was to remove my mother's things from a retirement facility after her passing. The movers were very considerate and asked questions if they needed clarification. They were so very polite. Overall I see this company as very customer focused. I also had good experiences with the office staff who returned calls and assured me of the move being ready as scheduled. Today so many businesses have NO customer focus. It was refreshing to see customer focus as I have witnessed a major delcine in that element of busuiness in most every type buisness today. Thank you for making this move smooth and stress free during this difficult time for our family.

Booking was quick and efficient - clear communication. Movers arrived exactly on time and were very quick. Move came in less than budgetary quote provided by office. Only minor issue is that movers lost a couple bolts from the bedframe (they were careful to save the nuts but the bolts worked loose as the frame was carried out of my home. The movers offered to take care of this on their own time - this was not a big deal for me as I already had to pick up some hardware from home depot. Small things will always happen in any project and the character of the company and staff will make or break this experience. I commend two men and a truck for their approach to solving this this minor issue.
I highly recommend two men and a truck and will use them again for my next move.

Our movers, Jacob andamp; Dre, were professional, arrived on time and were very efficient in executing the move of my mother's things to storage. I was grateful for that as the move cost half of the original estimate which was beyond my mother's financial capability. Charles told me I would receive the estimate later the day of the appt., as it was only 2 days prior to move. I did not receive the estimate till the afternoon prior to the move. If I had not had personal connections with the company, this would have been a problem as the estimate was out of financial range for my Mom. Charles was warm andamp; cordial in the initial appt. and with experience should be able to give more accurate estimation.

My experience with Two Men and a Truck was absolutely incredible. The move was a stressful situation at best, but from the very moment I met Tavis and Quinton, I felt at ease. These two men were exemplary in every way; professional, courteous, patient, empathetic, and kind. They absolutely did everything to perfection, and I can not say enough good things about them. The communication was phenomenal, and they listened to me with empathy and kindness throughout the entire moving process. They made an extremely difficult situation more than bearable; almost pleasurable, and I am so grateful for those two young men. They deserve the best your company has to offer, and anyone would be fortunate to have them as their movers. Two incredible men! Just perfect in every way.
