Office Staff was OK, Movers Were Excellent, Your Prices were much higher than expected for such a short distance move of one heavy item.
The only reason I initially agreed to use your service was the availability to get to me on short notice and the local office was very near by. Less than 15 miles. and that truck was already sitting there was available the next day.

Actually the price was a little steep I thought, BUT, the service of the movers was GREAT, Lou, Tyler and shoot, I can't remember the third guys name, were EXCELLENT!!
The rate I was given I was told by Tasha was a low rate but I had no way of knowing that, I just thought it was high but the work the guys did was GREAT and made my move very easy.
Just to let you know, I also had a BIG move about a year and a half ago and set it up with Joe and it went GREAT as well and the rate for that move was very fair and my bosses were very surprised at the cost and how quick the move went compared to other quotes for both that had gotten.

Moving guys were great. The confirmation call on Friday before the move could have been better. I had to insist on an address change to get it right. Overall, excellent! Would use my two movers again anytime!
