The only problem we experienced was the length of time it took from the store to our house. What generously should have been an hour of travel time took exactly two hours. Even the office as we make the deal estimated one hour from store to house.

Overall very happy. They did damage some furniture but when you sign waivers they know that they are not responsible and nothing can be done.

Cameron and Jay arrived promptly, introduced themselves, and got right to work. They had my stuff loaded in no time and they beat me to the new house! They took all my stuff up a punishing set of stairs and were happy to put things exactly where I wanted them. The only exception was a huge bookcase that wouldn't maneuver into my new room due to layout issues. Would not only recommend the company, but would love to have the same people for scheduling & moving.
