The movers showed up promptly at our home in the morning and took excellent care of our belongings! They were very personable and let us know right away if they had any questions about the items they were moving. It overall was a great experience! They went above and beyond to make sure that our items were where we wanted them in the new house. The price charged per hour was a bit higher than what we had previously paid with Two Men and a Truck in metro Detroit area, but value was still in the good range.

The two young men who moved my office were professional and polite. They remained calm even when faced with some challenges. It was miserably hot and things did not go exactly according to plan, but I never heard the men complain at any time. I would use Two Men and A Truck again.

The Two Men and a Truck team consisted of Josh, Preston, Colton, and Deshawn. Moving can be stressful but the gentlemen that moved us were true professionals. They exhibited the values and behaviors of how companies should operate which made us feel special. Some companies us as a slogan but these gentlemen were the real deal and you should be proud to have them representing you. I can not express how fortunate Rita and I were to have them there with us. I felt members of our family was moving us. We moved our items into storage units. We are looking for a new home and when we move I will contact you and specifically request Josh, Preston, Colton, and Deshawn.

Josh and Ben did an outstanding job. In my career, I have relocated over 12 times using multiple companies and methods. In all those moves, these two movers would be in top 1% of movers in attitude, professional, and customer care. The office staff was both friendly and courteous throughout the process.

The guys had no clue how to move furniture. They ere extremely slow. My mother(56) and I (36) moved furniture. The guys stood around and told us if it looked nice or not. I had not asked for their opinion. They did not even know how to take bed frames apart. I told them to load certain things on the truck and they loaded the wrong things. It took much longer than it had to. They did not come prepared, by 10:00 they were asking for water and Gatorade. By 12:00 they were asking about gettting lunch. It was nothing like my first move and I will being trying a newer company in town for my next move.

I really can't express how satisfied I am with your organization. From the first inquiry over the phone (Sara) to my emails (Kate) to finalizing details (Jennifer) to the actual move (Ben and Isaac). Every person was helpful, courteous, and capable. The guys kept apologizing for it taking so long (the estimate was 6 hours) but that was primarily my fault for dramatically underestimating the number of boxes (oh my goodness) and also the size and weight of the furniture. Although there was not much - it was all wood and extremely heavy. Ben and Isaac were amazing - the way they communicated with each other to make sure they were both safe, they never seemed to lose their temper, and were a joy to work with. I would highly recommend your company and especially those 2 young men! Thank you!
