When I scheduled a moving date I asked about the experience of your movers. I was assured that all your movers were trained by your veteran movers! I was assured that I was in good hands with Two Men And A Truck! One mover acted like he didn't have clue! I assume he wasn't trained. The other was just ok. He assured me that he had packed lots of storage units. He didn't have a clue! Not trained!!!

Our records indicate that you called into our office and spoke to Nick regarding your concerns. He offered to come out and inspect the unit at no charge to you at which you declined. Again we certainly apologize for your dissatisfaction. If you would like to further discuss your move further, we urge you to call us at our office so we can come to a positive resolution.

Absolutely fantastic, the young men who helped us were quick, efficient and made everything look easy. Highly recommend this company and the guys who assisted us. I only wish I had their names to give more specific praise. Will continue to use Two men and a truck.

The moving team worked hard and smart. The guys were responsible and thoughtful with our household goods and especially with our artwork. Their work was not disinterested and detached. It was at all times a human endeavor. The planner was thoughtful and responsive to our needs and schedule. We thank them all greatly.

They sent 3 inexperienced movers Charged 2400$ and did not move all that I had listed with office people and rook 10 hours
I have used them on previous moves but never again Filed a complaint with Pelham Al office and was told he would try to hurry them up

I had two teams work with me last week, one on 01.13.22 and one on 01.14.22. Both teams were professional, efficient and super helpful. Huge thank you to Alex and Juan on Thursday. I believe the team that was here on Friday was lead by Travis; they were AMAZING. We had some timing issues with a carpet being cleaned and we had to change up the plan. They were great about being flexible!
