The post on one of the beds got broken and the back door was damaged when the couch was moved out.. otherwise a great job !

I used two men and a truck for my move because I was on a strict timeline and had to get moved,, I was lucky enough that they could fit me in and get the job done in a timely manner,,!

There were 3 men, two of which were not very experienced. I had to tell the main man to remove the drawers from dresser to make it lighter to carry up stairs. Once everything was in place at my new residence, I did the inspection and everything was good except for the mattress which they soiled.

Joshua and Darryl were very professional, courteous, moved quickly and efficiently. There were some initial concern about the truck not being large enough for my move, but I did not get the feeling they were " trying to kill time" to over charge me. They showed concern for belongings. I did however discover later some of my dishes were broken, but even given this, I was/am pleased with my move. What makes me score overall good, was the last conversation I had with a gentleman from your office--too hard nose of an attitude--meaning he used the take it or leave it tone of voice, when I had not offered any objection to what was being told.

The two men that came were outstanding. They were professional and personable and made the whole move uncomplicated. They even offered to stay and help additionally if I need more help! I have moved a lot over the years and this has been the best move so far.

Setting up the appointment was easy. Once your crew arrived, they were professional, polite (something that gets lost a lot in modern-day society) and fast. At one point, one of the crew members came up to tell me that they'd actually broken a piece off a very old bookshelf. In truth, the bookshelf had been patched together and the piece was already broken. But the fact that these young men were honest and took responsibility instantly was impressive.
