We are happy to see that you were able to provide high marks in most categories, but we are saddened to see that your overall satisfaction was only average. We apologize if you feel that the move took longer than you were anticipating, especially if you feel that it was the result of our men being ill-equipped. What you have described is the standard equipment that our crews have for each move, and it looks as if your move did take the exact time that was estimated in the confirmation letter you received via email ahead of your movers’ arrival. While customers may think that the use of hand trucks will speed up any move, they can actually make it more cumbersome depending on access, not to mention increase the chances of floor/wall damage. This is why our men are trained to handle most moves without relying on them while still being trained to be the quickest and most efficient movers in town.
