The movers were quite professional. There was slight damage to a wall, but the damage was repaired at no extra cost. Good job. I liked the movers.

The movers were courteous and professional. One deep scratch in my hardwoods was found from a chest that they moved into one of the extra bedrooms and obviously slid the chest instead of lifting it up. We used a 3 man team about a month ago to move from a 2 story home to a storage unit. The current move was from a storage unit to a one level home. It surprised me that it took longer for this team to move our things from a storage unit to a one level home than it did the other team to move from a 2 story home to the storage unit. There were no stairs and almost everything was labeled on the room that it belonged in. I thought it should have taken less time. Other than these two things, all else was good.

I was very disappointed that after I specifically told the person at the 800# that I had a riding mower to move, the movers could not move it because they did not have the correct ramp.
No effort was taken to try and correct the issue.
I ended up having to get a friend with a trailer to move it for me.
Other than that the young men did a good job, only a couple of small dings on the furniture.

I had one piece of my dresser broken due to moving, along with my bed being disassembled and not fully reassembled once moved.

The mover's care of my property would have been rated excellent however, the hardwoods in one of my bedrooms has a deep scratch about 10 inches long where they dragged a dresser across the hardwood floor.

There was no follow up throughout the whole process. The office staff only called me once and I never received any paperwork after the initial paperwork was sent to get the last 4 number of my credit card number. Had to make all the calls myself to follow up, confirm movers and give the numbers for my credit card. Movers where pleasant however damaged the trim on my house. When I advised the movers of the damage they had me sign a damage notification and took a picture of it and advised I would get an email and call from management about the damage...never heard anything had to call about this myself. Daniel placed me in touch with 1 man and a toolbox and an appointment was scheduled....that was not kept. 1.5 after they where supposed to show up called to tell me.....

Overall, the move went well. There are several items we wish to mention: 1. A mirror was broken but the mover explained how it happened & said it would be fixed and delivered to our apartment which is was. 2. The insert-brackets holding two shelves were missing; mover mentioned the brackets and that they were in a bag. We never found the bag. We replaced the brackets. Otherwise, our two movers were very easy to deal with and, overall, did a very professional moving job.

They movers seemed to move slowly when packing up my house, then rushed through the unpacking. They left most boxes on the main floor even though they were clearly labeled for certain rooms. Additionally, they placed boxes sideways and upside down during the unpacking process, resulting in some broken items.

They do not handle furniture correctly. They broke 2 pieces of furniture! They were extremely slow and I had to actually move stuff to the truck myself.
Attitudes were so awful and the white boy was so rude to my 85 year old Mother.
I called and spoke with Nick to see if he had any insight to why they were so horrible.
I have used y’all in the past 4 times and never experienced anything like I did with the crew I was sent. I finally figured out they were so horrible because they are milinals!!!

They should be fired but They won’t be and I really feel sorry for whoever gets them next!

I will never use y’all again! To upsetting to see things you work hard to get so mishandled. Very disappointing.

I have used their services with all my moves. This one put a VERY sour taste in my mouth. One item they broke, did a damage report on and no one has followed up with me, still a week later. The two men that moved me- one of them was nice. The other one was incredibly rude that I almost even kicked out and told him to not touch one more item. His attitude and demeanor were absolutely atrocious. However, I was in a bind with moving and that would not have helped me by any means. He was cussing and REAL LAZY!! For a move of a 2 bedroom apartment to another 2 bed apartment ON THE SAME STREET- took over 5 hours. Not sure how... but it did. Will not be using again due to that service
