The two guys that moved us were amazing I would definitely use two men in a truck again!

These men were prompt, professional, and very pleasant to be around. They were very accommodating and respectful. Very efficient and organized. Many hands made for quick work. Thank you!

The men who came out were nice. They did not waste time after receiving instructions. We stressed to them several times to please be careful as they carried our items to a POD and to our garage. The problem that we had was their removal of our refrigerator. We noticed that they had a struggle getting it out the door and we gave suggestions but did not realize until after they had left and we noticed that our front door had been buggered up and that our refrigerator had a dent in the side of the door which we know was not there before. We were ask to sign a paper saying that our items were ok and we did reluctantly not knowing. We called the office and reported this and was told that someone who handles complaints get back with us. It has been two weeks...we have not heard from anyone.

I told the office staff all of my contents of my home, several items were missing on the sheet, they had me as a partial move instead of a full move there for not all of my items fit on the truck and I had to make 3 full truck loads to my new home. This also turned a 6 hour estimate into a 9 hour move, and paid double what I was estimated. Several item in boxes were broken when we unpacked. Not a good start in a new home.

The guys were polite and courteous. The office staff was excellent!

Steven was vaping in the moving truck each time he and Danny placed pieces of furniture in the truck between 10:15-10:45 AM. I could see the smoke as he exhaled when exiting the truck on each trip to my apartment for more furniture.

Unfortunately, I did not check the moving truck before signing the form at the time of payment: Three mini-Sterilite boxes of Christmas decorations and wrapping paper are missing as I am unpacking.

Having used Two Men and a Truck previously and having been recommended by a friend who recently moved, I do not plan to use them in the future.

Had to come back multiple times to old house for missed items still didn’t get everything. Sent pictures of missed stuff. Added time to my move by saying they started earlier and ended later than actual (have video time stamp). Broke dishes, glasses and glass vase (shattered on garage floor, didn’t offer to clean up. See pictures). Office phone attendant rude. Carried decorative/throw pillows under arms now smell like B/O need dry cleaning. Poor office follow up. Took 3 days after move to call me back about broken items. I called each day trying to reach someone. Submitted pictures 9/3 via email. Still no response after I was told someone would call. Only positive my wife kept saying how nice the movers were.

Our moving crew was fantastic! They were polite and worked well together. I did have one box with some broken dishes in it . Otherwise everything was excellent. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

The service was as good as usual except there was an accident here about 5,500 dollars worth of property were destroyed. I am waiting for a response from the office today since the move was on Saturday.

My almost new washer was deeply scratched on the front. I am deeply disappointed with that. Also my son had to help disassemble the bed and reassemble it. Overall the team tried very hard.
