So I had 2 issues:
1) they sent me an email at 11:50 on Saturday saying without a verbal confirmation they wouldn’t send the team out at 8:30 on Monday. This caused me a weekend of anxiety about if the movers would show up as the offices were closed from noon Saturday until Monday morning
2) the movers didn’t have any way to protect my carpets from muddy shoes so I had to lay one of my own sheets down on my stairs and everything still got pretty muddy
But they guys who moved were really nice and got it all done quickly

Andrew and Roger went above and beyond to make our move as smooth as possible! They were careful, efficient, and courteous. They treated our belongings as if they were their own. They offered to help us with every aspect of of the move. Couldn’t speak more highly of them!

The movers were very difficult. They complained the entire time. I was very clear with your office team about the job we had to do. They complained and moaned about how hard it was. Then they only made one trip and left half of our stuff. We paid almost $2000.00 for tour services and got about half of that in work. I don’t like anything done half way. And that’s what we got form your team.

The two young men were polite and organized. They worked together to get the job done

The crew that we had working with us were amazing! All 3 guys were incredibly polite and were great at their jobs. They were patient and did everything that was asked of them. We definitely recommend Two Men and A Truck!

Some communication was not passed on to me or other members of your team like what they would and could not take which is valuable info when you are moving need more people for larger jobs..only 2 people working which took longer and made the move more expensive. .jessica
