My guys got stuck in an elevator in the 7th hour of the move and had to be rescued by the fire department, and they STILL kept a positive attitude. :)

Take very long time for them to load and no load the truck, very bad service. One bedroom take 6 hours.

Overall a pretty good experience. Would have rated excellent on most everything but one piece of very expensive furniture was damaged due to some carelessness. Jake was exceptional though. Great attitude and very professional.
