The whole experience was awesome. The office people were very very helpful and the 3 movers were amazing. So kind and helpful and accommodating. Worth every penny.

Office staff did a great job of explaining services and pricing. Moving team arrived on time with 2 trucks and 4 workers. Effort was under estimated. While the team worked hard loading, they did not finish the job. The leader came to me and said that they could only load for 15 more minutes to leave time to unload at the other end - which was an hour away. So despite room on the truck, I was left with a 1 car garage full of stuff, including heavy items.

At the destination, they did a good job initially of putting goods in the right room, but by the end, they were just putting things wherever they could. During the move, there was one pane of glass broken and they are taking care of it (accidents happen with a move this size). I'm more frustrated with items that are missing.

A lost small glasstop to table and a broken ivory on an organ were the only problems. Otherwise the team did a fast and professional job.

I have used this company many times. They are always very organized with a great team leader. Very professional and no wasting time. They are very professional and that is why I use them. I have moved apporoximately 10 times. 10 times satisfied.

I was quoted 6 to 8 hours for this move. I clearly explained to the office staff what I had to move and offered for you all to come out and look at it to provide a more accurate quote. The move to approx. 12 hours to complete and cost me more than anticipated. I was not proved the larger truck and you all had to send out a manager to help reload the truck to get everythig in it. Basically there was still a little left over I had to go back and move myself.

Austin and Jalen provided outstanding service from beginning to end. They both had a positive and courteous attitudes and never complained one time in the heavy heat! They were strategic in planning the loading of the truck and were respectful at all times. I give them the highest rating possible and will recommend this company to anyone!
