Our goal is to exceed customer expectations, and we have done a review of your move details to see if we can pinpoint what may have gone wrong that would have prevented us from exceeding yours. Our records indicate that your move actually took less time than the amount it was estimated to have taken. Our notes indicate that you did move some items on your own, so that may explain why we originally expected your move to take longer. Our notes also indicate that you did call and speak with a manager immediately following your move to discuss your concerns. Although his findings didn’t indicate that your move took longer than it should have or that you had been overcharged for those services, our notes indicate that he offered to take 30 minutes off of your bill as a courtesy to show that we understood your concerns.
