As usual the service we received made moving less stressful. Guys were professional and did everything we needed to make the move successful without question or complaint. Would highly recommend.

One of the mover was not very experienced, toppled my new couch from the dolly and caused a damage on the back (luckily) leg. He was moving too fast, not taking his time to take care of furniture like his experienced partner. Though he was good mannered, he needed more training , esp in the furniture care.

Only issue was that we went a half hour over and were told it was because we didn't tell the person making the quote that it was a third floor apartment. We did however tell them that it was a third floor apartment.

That said, the movers were courteous and professional and did a nice job caring for our belongings.

The office staff was wonderful, we had an emergency situation with my daughter, they made space in there day and got her moved.

Quan, in the office , was a great help! Your company delivered boxe, tape, and paper a week ahead of time saved us so much time and trouble. The movers were actually early , and were friendly and efficient. We will definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck!
