Overall, the service was good, but regarding the property care during moving, I got many fingerprints on both of my TVs and it was hard for me to remove them. Also, I got lots of dirt and several dents on my sofa and some dirt on one of the mattress as well.

Estimate of weight incorrect. Dining table scratched. Boxes not marked and packed haphazardly. Several small items broken.

Said they were sending four guys, but only two showed up. Broke a very expensive dresser.

One of my large mirrors was damage. The driver told me I would be contacted but have not heard...an waiting on a call to repair.

I have used your services before and found them excellent before plus economical. The men went beyond my expectations this time!

I was dumbfounded at how expensive it was. I was assured the furniture would be wrapped, as if this was a reason to charge $118 an hour. having no alternative at the moment I signed on, only to find out there is an additional $118 fee non-refundable, so for moving a single piece of furniture less than 10 miles it cost me more than i paid for the used furniture. when it arrived, it was NOT wrapped. BUT the good news was that I had 10 minutes remaining, so your brilliant Ghanan worker figured out how to zip up a mattress cover for me. Voila! almost worth it! if I had to do it again, I'd have just friends use their own truck and take a chance on breakage, since the wrapping to avoid same was not done.

The guys that came to move us were outstanding young men, very courteous and helpful to our office team throughout the move!!

Our experience started with the local Montgomery office. I’ve never used movers before, so I must have called the office at least 10 times. Every time, Quan was personal, helpful and helped reduce my stress of moving. The day of move, our movers were so kind and helpful. Not one item was broken or damaged. They worked extra hard to get all our things on one truck since I underestimated the amount of boxes we would have. We felt like we were part of a ‘move team’. And they really hussled, even at the end of a very one day (we made a long distance move). I am very likely to recommend Two Men & A Truck.

The movers we had could not have been nicer or more patient . Great job guys!
