Your men were courteous and hard working. They worked well together and hand a sense of humor

Team arrived 1 Hour early without notifying us. Told us they were not stopping between locations but they did. Called our home phone in Alabaster not our cell phone with us in Montgomery.

The men put a chest of drawers in the truck upside down on its top and slid it around creating scuff marks and chipped paint off the sides. A piece of furniture that I was trying to sell and now its damaged. Overall they worked well, but I did have that piece damaged. Also, I never got the final charges to my credit card emailed to me as I was told I would. I would use them again but pay more attention to how they handle my furniture in the future.

The movers where great. Had great attitude. A couple of pieces like living room furniture they didn't wrap like office promised. I had some damage to expensive gun safe a man came out and fixed the fire proof stripping but safe is badly scratched and needs to be painted but it's hard to paint a factory painted safe. 1 dresser got damaged but they had to go up stairs carrying dresser straight up and down. What the problem was is getting the office to come out to fix stuff. I got new fire proof gasket set because the man glued the old one on and it's coming back off. I have called the store but have heard nothing. I know stuff gets damaged in moves but how you take care of the damage is the problem. I had full coverage insurance. I could have gotten them to replace safe as bad as the scratch

Two men and a truck, well the offic staff was kind. The moving team, well let's just Two 1/2 men. They did not rap my leather furniture after I asked them to. Beung that I just purchased this sectional last year, bew sofa!!! It was damaged awful, Scratches on every section including a slit that is noticeable on top of my leather sofa. The molding on my doors were damaged, moving out and in, to freshly painted walls. One of the men gave hardly no support!! I'm very disappointed in my experience with Two men and Truck!! If you advertise wrapped furniture to transport, that's what I expected, and my reason for I
using this company. I thought my furniture would be secured.

The crew was inexperienced and sprung the door on our LG refrigerator. It must now be repaired They did not pad the door facings. They did work diligently and were very cordial.

The movers damaged two and tables, lost/misplaced one shelf on a boof shelf. However, one a personal note they were very nice and respectful.

The 3 guys that moved us worked very hard. They were nice friendly very productive. We did have 2 pieces of furniture that were damaged during the move. We need follow up regarding the damage dresser and china cabinet.

Excellent job by both crews. Two things that could be improved. Broken glass (from something that broke) was left in the driveway. Could have been picked up. Also, it took too long to get final bill. Office staff took a long time. Overall, very pleased. Thanks.

The crew broke my bedside table. They took it with them for repairs and I haven’t heard anything from them and still do not have it back after a week.
