The office staff, particularly Quan, and our movers Nick and Tree were excellent. One thing we missed was that the credit card used from the deposit would not just be used again for the final payment. However due to security we understand and we were able to make the final payment with another method as our adult child was the one meeting the truck at the unload location and was able to make the payment on our behalf.

I was a little skeptical about using two men and a truck after reading some of the reviews online, but I’m very glad I decided to try them out. The staff was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. The movers did an excellent job and were very efficient and professional. They showed up right on time. I would definitely recommend this company.

The movers didn't know how to put the beds back together. One bed they couldn't get back together and the other one it was put back together backwards. They need a little more experience with someone that is more knowledgeable on putting beds together.
