Ben began his journey with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in 2021 as a mover at the Eau Claire location when it first opened. After a brief time away, he returned to help launch and manage operations at the Stevens Point location. What Ben enjoys most about working with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is the opportunity to support and connect with his neighbors, making their moving experience as seamless as possible.

Outside of work, Ben is often playing or watching sports, fishing, or spending quality time with his dogs.

In 1999, Nick started TWO MEN AND A TRUCK with his father in Burnsville, MN, using just two trucks. Over 25 years, our company has grown significantly, now with eleven locations. Recently, we expanded into Wisconsin, adding three more locations. This growth highlights Nick's strong leadership, supported by a hardworking team and a fleet of trucks. Thanks to Nick's dedication and vision, we've become a major player in the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK network. Outside of work, Nick enjoys golfing, trying new things, and spending time with his family.

Terry is the Controller at TMT (TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® – Moving & Junk Services), where he oversees the company’s financial operations within the moving and junk services industry. He focuses on supporting sustainable growth while maintaining strong financial management practices, helping ensure the company continues to deliver outstanding customer service and is well-positioned for expansion across Minnesota and Wisconsin.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Strayer University and brings a strong background in financial leadership and operational oversight. In his role, he works to maintain financial accuracy, improve efficiency, and support long-term business stability while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Terry values being part of a welcoming and highly collaborative team that is committed to providing professional, high-quality service to customers. He grew up in a small farming community in southern Minnesota, where he developed a strong work ethic from an early age. At 15, he purchased and fully restored a 1967 Mustang into a show car and also spent years involved in motocross racing on a custom-built track at home. Over time, he developed a strong passion for accounting and built his career around it.

Outside of work, Terry enjoys time with his dachshund, Harley, an energetic 11-year-old with a big personality.

Introducing Josh, our Wisconsin dynamo! Previously serving as the operations manager at our Burnsville, MN location, Josh embarked on an exciting journey to spearhead our latest venture in Wisconsin. Joining TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® as a driver eight years ago, straight out of college, Josh's dedication and leadership on the trucks caught the attention of management as the company expanded. Driven by his passion for fostering growth and success, Josh made the pivotal decision to transition his summer job into a lifelong career, culminating in his relocation to Wisconsin.

When asked about his favorite aspect of working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, Josh emphasized the camaraderie amongst his colleagues. Thriving in the dynamic atmosphere, he thrives as a proficient problem solver, alleviating the stress of relocation with his swift and effective solutions.

Josh has emerged as an invaluable asset to our team, showcasing remarkable growth and leadership as a manager. Keep an eye out for him as he continues to make waves in Wisconsin!

Allow us to introduce Dan, affectionately known as "Dan the Man" around here! He's one half of our dynamic senior director duo, serving as the Senior Director of Sales and Business Development. Dan's dedication to our core values has been unwavering since 2003, marking an impressive nineteen-year journey with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, and he is now our President of Moving Services!

At the helm of our customer service initiatives, Dan ensures that every interaction aligns with our commitment to excellence. He leads our customer service team with precision and passion, recognizing that customer satisfaction is number one in our line of work.

Joe has been a cornerstone of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for over 15 years, rising through the ranks from driver to operations manager, regional manager, senior director of operations, and finally, our President of Junk Services! As the driving force behind our seamless TMJT operations, Joe’s expertise is key to our success. His passion for coaching and supporting our managers shines through, as he helps them achieve their goals at every level of the company. Having personally navigated a successful career path with us, Joe is a cherished mentor, guiding and inspiring our entire team.

Sally is our dynamic marketing leader, and her enthusiasm for marketing is rivaled only by her love for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. So much so that she left for a bit but couldn’t stay away and returned to the team! With over seven years of experience at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and more than two years in Minnesota, her passion is evident in every marketing campaign she develops. When she’s not busy promoting our company, you can find her enjoying time with her husband and two kids.

Mercedes joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team in December 2024 and is based in Eau Claire. She holds a degree in Public Relations and Multimedia from UWEC. In her role, Mercedes is often behind the scenes managing our social media platforms or engaging with the local community. Passionate about creativity and building connections, she thrives in both digital and in-person spaces. Outside of work, Mercedes enjoys staying active through Pilates and strength training, and is also an avid reader. She and her husband share a love for travel and make it a point to explore new destinations together at least once a year.

Meet Chad, the versatile talent at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. He’s been part of our journey since the early 2000s, when we were just a small office in Burnsville. Over the years, he’s worn many hats—from sales and operations to marketing (he even remembers the days of the Yellow Pages!). Now, he’s leading the charge as our Director of Customer Experience.

Chad isn’t just focused on moving furniture; he’s passionate about building genuine connections and making the moving process enjoyable for our customers.
