The moving day didn't go as planned, but I loved the communication. I was pleasantly surprised when the moving team showed up the next morning as originally planned, but turned out they weren't supposed to be to my place yet. I still thought the situation was handled with grace and they were super apologetic.

I know there can always be last minute hiccups, but appreciated the communication.
