Ever since Lisa began working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK as a part-time bookkeeper while in college, she’s had a fascination with the numbers. The more she became involved with the business side of the franchise, the more she began to realize that motivating and encouraging people is the most effective way to influence numbers and outcomes. This realization was the beginning of a 20+ year career of coaching winning teams, growing sales, and leading the way in operational excellence at multiple franchises.

Over time, Lisa became general manager of four TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchises and three satellite offices. Most recently, she accepted the position of president of the franchise group and became a franchisee herself. Even though Lisa has an active family, lifelong friendships, and a growing list of community commitments, she always manages to make time for her work family, as well. One staff member said, “Lisa leads by example and has coached and mentored me since day one, teaching me to trust in myself and modeling that trust by supporting my decisions. Lisa demonstrates a strong work ethic, but she also leads us toward a sustainable balance of work and life.”

Tim first became interested in the Quality Control manager position at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® back in 2020 because of the unique opportunity it provides for him to make an immediate positive impact. As the champion of operational quality throughout the franchise, he is always on the lookout for new and improved ways to serve our customers. He has since been promoted to General Manager of our Racine location.

On a daily basis, Tim talks extensively with customers, hears their individual stories, and provides recommendations and feedback to the TWO MEN AND TRUCK team regarding how to upgrade the customer experience. His curious brain is always working, optimizing, and planning for how the organization can improve.

This curious brain of Tim’s thrives on travel and nature. He loves to explore, taking his wife and daughter on hikes and outdoor trips. If he could travel anywhere in the world, he’d visit Japan to see the temples, shrines, and active volcanic craters. He’d also love to travel to Washington State and revisit fond memories of the “thick fog hanging over monolithic trees in the morning.” (Fun fact: Tim is also a published author.)

Vanessa joined the TWO MEN team in 2014 and within her first year, was promoted into an assistant manager role, which she holds today. She says she enjoys the team she gets to work with and helping customers. She also likes that every day is something different! When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her family. She is also an avid Green Bay Packers fan.

Heather came to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK with a strong sales, customer service, and event planning background. From the beginning, she excelled at meeting and exceeding customer needs and demonstrated leadership within her sales team. She quickly moved through the ranks to become Sales Manager and then Sales Director, now managing sales teams at all four Lightner Management Group locations: Racine, Waukesha, Madison, and Milwaukee.

Heather is an advocate for positive change within the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK organization. She champions both her customers and her teams, easily connecting with a wide variety of different personality types. Heather humanizes the moving experience through personal engagement and compassion for the stress of moving day. She coaches her teams to meet people where they are with kindness, confidence, and flexibility.

Dane is the new Marketing Coordinator for all South Wisconsin franchises. He oversees social media, manages webpage content, coordinates marketing campaigns, and handles all marketing-related initiatives.

Adam "AJ" Jaworski is a vital part of our team. Coaching, encouraging, and guiding our sales team. AJ brings compassion and dedication to bringing our customers the best customer experience possible.

Nadia oversees our organization's daily accounting operations for all locations, including accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Since beginning with TWO MEN IN A TRUCK in July 2016, Nadia says her favorite part of the company is the positive environment. Her favorite TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® core value is “Be your best and have fun.” Nadia's coworkers say she embodies this core value well, bringing her big smile, sense of humor, and ability to find silver linings to every situation.

In her role as controller, Nadia also helps guide the company's strategic financial decisions. With Nadia as our numbers queen, we can be assured that our financial health is in good hands.

Known for her kind heart, analytical problem-solving, and desire to grow and learn as much as she can every day, Nadia is a vital part of our executive leadership team.

Sacha’s job as a move consultant is all about making moves smooth, stress-free, and cost-effective for her clients. She loves knowing she’s done her job well and says the best part is the flexibility to be there for her kids. At work, Sacha thrives on a mix of healthy competition and teamwork. She’s learned to roll with all kinds of personalities, stay detail-oriented, and focus on the gratitude from customers instead of the "no’s." Plus, she gets to work with some of her best friends while setting a strong example for her kids. Winning all around!
