In 1999, Nick co-founded TWO MEN AND A TRUCK alongside his father, launching with just two trucks operating out of Burnsville, MN. Now, 24 years later, our company boasts an impressive ten locations. This growth, marked by numerous trucks and a dedicated team, stands as a testament to Nick's exceptional leadership. Under his guidance, we've established ourselves as one of the most prosperous TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchises nationwide. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Nick for his unwavering dedication and outstanding leadership.

Outside of work, Nick finds joy in golfing, exploring new destinations, and cherishing moments with his family.

Meet Joe: Our Operational Maestro! With over 15 years of dedication to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, Joe's journey is a true example of growth and leadership in action. Starting as a driver at our Burnsville location, he worked his way up through hard work, perseverance, and a passion for helping others succeed.

Today, Joe plays a pivotal role in shaping our operations and supporting teams across multiple locations. He is not only a respected leader, but a mentor who invests time in developing fellow managers and guiding team members toward their goals.

Joe has also recently taken on a new challenge by contributing to the launch and growth of our sister brand, TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK® — continuing to drive innovation and success across our organization.

Get to know Dan McLaughlin, a key player in our senior director dynamic duo! Dan kicked off his journey with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Twin Cities in 2003 – a whopping nineteen years ago. Since day one, he's been embodying our core values day in, and day out.

Dan is your go-to guy for anything related to customer service. He thrives on making your move a seamless experience, and he's eager to chat with you about it! Dial us up and ask for Dan; he's genuinely excited to hear from you. We've witnessed firsthand how Dan consistently goes the extra mile to ensure every move is a triumph.

Beyond orchestrating moves, Dan wears the hat of a dedicated sports parent and coach. When he's not in the moving groove, catch him on the sidelines coaching his kids' sports teams or knocking down pins at the bowling alley. Dan's commitment to excellence extends from moves to sports arenas – a true all-star in every aspect of life!

Introducing Sally, the force behind our marketing efforts! With a passion for marketing as strong as her love for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, Sally's commitment is unmistakable. She's been an integral part of our team for over seven years, including two years spent in Minnesota. Sally's creativity shines through in every campaign she leads, embodying our brand's spirit with finesse. When she's not busy strategizing for us, you'll find Sally enjoying time with her husband and two little ones.

Mercedes became part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team in December 2024, bringing her expertise in Public Relations and Media from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. As the Marketing Coordinator for our Eau Claire, Stevens Point, and La Crosse locations, she plays a key role in managing social media and building connections within our local communities. Her creativity and talent for relationship-building make her a valuable asset to the team.

Outside of work, Mercedes stays active with strength training, yoga, and Pilates. During the summer, she and her husband enjoy long walks together, often covering up to 8 miles! An avid reader and travel enthusiast, Mercedes loves immersing herself in new places and cultures, making it a tradition to visit a new destination with her husband each year.

Meet Chad, the versatile powerhouse at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. A member of our family since the early 2000s, he began his journey when we were just a small office in Burnsville. Over the years, Chad has worn many hats—from sales and operations to marketing (he even remembers the Yellow Pages!). Today, he proudly serves as the Director of Customer Experience.

Chad isn’t just about moving furniture; he’s passionate about creating meaningful connections and ensuring every customer has a fantastic experience. One memorable moment was when he braved a blizzard solo to help a senior citizen move, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to those in need.

Beyond his professional life, Chad is a devoted dad to three kids, one of whom has even joined the company. He loves whipping up delicious meals in the kitchen while listening to music, and he’s an avid collector of vinyl records. And let’s not overlook his signature look: a striking mohawk that perfectly contrasts with his charming gray hairs. So, if you’re looking for a mover with style and a heart of gold, just look for the guy with the epic hairdo—it’s definitely Chad!

Meet Thalia, our passionate Accounts Receivables Specialist at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. She joined our team in November 2023, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a lively spirit. Outside of work, Thalia treasures time with her husband and two children. As the middle child in a family of six, she proudly takes on the roles of the funniest, most dramatic, and loudest sibling! In her spare time, Thalia loves exploring local coffee shops and uncovering new dining gems. With an eye for aesthetically pleasing and delicious spots, her outings are all about enjoying the full experience.

Thalia’s enthusiasm for life and keen attention to detail make her an invaluable part of our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK family. Her dedication and vibrant personality bring joy to our office every day!
