As Plano's MOVERS WHO CARE®, we pride ourselves on having a top-notch moving team who is thoroughly trained to take on even the toughest moves. We understand that transitioning homes can generally be a chaotic time in life, and our goal is to ensure that we do our part to make the experience as smooth as possible. Our movers and drivers are required to take courses that prepare them for any moving situation.

Floor and wall protection standards.
Driver education.
Customer service expectations.

Chad is the co-owner and franchisee for our Plano, Carrollton, Denton, McKinney, and Garland locations, where he is committed to making every customer’s move smooth and stress-free in the North Dallas area. He purchased his first TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise in Michigan in 1999 at the age of 25. Since then, Chad has proudly owned and operated multiple franchises across the U.S., bringing his dedication and expertise to communities nationwide. Today, he co-owns the Dallas TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise market alongside Bob. With 20 years of experience helping people move forward, Chad is passionate about creating positive experiences and making a difference in every customer’s life.

Bob is the co-owner and franchisee for our Plano, Carrollton, Denton, McKinney, and Garland locations, where he is dedicated to ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth, stress-free moving experience. He purchased his first TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise in Youngstown, Ohio, shortly after graduating from college in 2003 at just 24 years old. Since then, Bob has proudly owned and operated multiple franchises across the U.S., bringing his passion for service to communities nationwide. Today, he co-owns the entire Dallas TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise market alongside Chad. With 14 years of experience helping move people forward, Bob is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of every customer we serve.

Amanda joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in 2021 and has served as the Marketing Director for the Plano, Garland, Carrollton, McKinney, and Denton locations. She brings a strong background in Meetings and Event Management along with over 10 years of customer service experience. Amanda has earned marketing recognition for her creativity, leadership, and impact on the brand. Her dedication to the company and passion for elevating each franchise’s presence have played a key role in their continued growth. In her free time, Amanda enjoys caring for her beautiful baby girl.

Kirsten began working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative. Her dedication to the company and our customers quickly moved her up to manager and now Regional Sales Director. She is always willing to go the extra step to ensure every customer is satisfied. Kirsten is originally from Buena Vista, Colorado, and loves anything outdoors. She is a proud mom of four kids and recently welcomed a sweet baby boy, enjoying every moment with her growing family when she’s not at work.

Regional Operations Manager

Josh has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Dallas since 2020 and has quickly become one of the shining stars of our Operations team. As Regional Operations Manager, he oversees four dispatch offices, multiple managers, and between than 80-100 movers, ensuring every move runs smoothly and efficiently. Josh’s dedication, leadership, and attention to detail make him an invaluable part of our team. Outside of work, he enjoys caring for his farm animals and spending quality time with his wife. We are proud to have Josh on our team, where his passion for excellence helps make every customer experience a great one.

Ryan serves as a Manager for our Carrollton location, bringing years of hands-on experience and commitment to the Dallas franchise. He began his career with us on the trucks as a mover, quickly standing out for his strong work ethic and interest in growing within the company. Over time, Ryan expanded his responsibilities by supporting our recruiting efforts and stepping into the role of Dispatch Supervisor. His dedication, leadership, and deep understanding of our operations make him an invaluable part of our team. Ryan has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® since May 2022, and we’re grateful for the passion he brings to our organization every day.

Lead Customer Service Representative/Crate Operations

Kayla

Kayla is a Dallas native, wife, and mother of two, and she brings warmth and expertise to our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Dallas team. As our Lead Customer Service Representative for the North Dallas franchises, she has 15 years of experience ensuring every customer feels supported and prepared for their move. In addition to her customer service role, Kayla oversees the logistics of our crating operations, coordinating behind the scenes to make sure every item is properly planned for a smooth move. She quickly moved into the lead position within just a year and a half, thanks to her take-charge personality and dedication. Always ready with a smile, Kayla is committed to making every move a seamless and positive experience for our customers.

David

Customer Service Representative

David has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Dallas for several years! He is one of our awesome customer service representatives and currently works out of our Denton, TX office. Since David has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® he has developed a deep understanding of our operations inside and out. He loves talking to our customers and helping during our volunteer events. At home, David enjoys cooking and hanging out with his kiddos, and sometimes you can catch him shredding tunes on his guitar. Thank you for all the time you have put into this company, David!

Elizabeth has years of customer service experience which makes her one of our awesome customer service representatives. At home, Elizabeth loves to spend time with her daughters or deep in her newest book collection. We love having you on our team Elizabeth!

After expressing an interest in growing his career within the company, Jordan transitioned into recruiting, where he now helps identify and develop the next generation of moving professionals.
