Mark Henderson brings over seven years of experience in the moving industry, and he can confidently say it’s the best job he’s ever had. Since joining our team in 2017, Mark has played a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business. Through his leadership of the teams he’s managed, he’s helped shape the company into what it is today.

A true lover of the country, Mark finds great satisfaction in being part of a team that serves both individuals and communities. His passion lies in providing exceptional customer service, always striving to make people happy. His goal is to ensure that his customers are not only satisfied but delighted with the quality of service he and his team provide. Mark believes that the key to success is creating a happy and appreciated staff, as they are the backbone of delivering top-notch service that leads to customer happiness.

At work, I handle the accounting aspect of the company, including bookkeeping, payroll, ensuring job accuracy, managing employee benefits, and much more. I love my job because it challenges me daily and motivates me to learn more about my specific tasks, the company, and the field itself. Outside of work, I enjoy a variety of hobbies, including reading, playing Minecraft and Animal Crossing, working out, playing tennis, and watching wrestling. I also have a passion for crafts and would love to learn how to sew. In the future, I aspire to own a home, grow my family, and continue advancing professionally.

Meet Sierra! She works as a recruiter for our Arlington location and plays a big role in helping us bring on new team members to build our teams. She’s cool and calm in everything she does, and this calming presence is welcoming to new and existing employees as she helps to get them comfortable with their roles.

Away from work, Sierra likes to spend time with her friends and attend as many concerts as possible. We’re happy to have her on the team!

When she’s not expertly managing the daily chaos and keeping our team on track, she’s dreaming of horseback rides, soaking up sunshine at the beach, or spending quality time being a kick-butt mom. With her sharp mind, fearless attitude, and contagious energy, Jennifer brings heart and hustle to everything she does—both at work and at home!

Stanley brings the energy to everything he does—whether he's leading a killer training session or throwing jabs in the boxing ring. With a passion for helping others grow and a love for high-energy challenges, Stanley keeps our team sharp, motivated, and always moving forward. Outside of work, you'll find him hanging out with friends, sharing laughs, and keeping the good vibes rolling. Originally from sunny Florida, Elle brings warmth, energy, and a touch of magic to everything she does. As our Sales Lead, she’s passionate about helping people find the perfect moving solution — always with a smile and a sprinkle of positivity. When she’s not leading the sales team, you’ll likely find her planning her next travel adventure, enjoying all things Disney, or whipping up creative cuisine for her family’s legendary themed dinner nights every Friday. From taco fiestas to Harry Potter feasts, Elle brings fun and flair wherever she goes!

Cassandra is part of our incredible Customer Service Representative team! She started working with us in the Fall of 2022! Her favorite thing about TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is the work environment and the encouragement from coworkers! She is from Arlington and enjoys helping others and appreciates the opportunity to help customers. Cassandra enjoys playing video games and watching her favorite shows. Keep up the great work!!

When she’s not helping customers find the perfect moving solution, Brianna is building masterpieces out of Legos, belting out tunes like a pro, or jamming at live concerts. She's got a voice that can light up a room and a smile to match! Off the clock, you’ll find her spending quality time with her favorite little guy—her son—making memories, sharing laughs, and probably building something awesome together. Whether it’s closing deals or hitting high notes, Brianna brings energy, creativity, and heart to everything she does!
