MEET THE MEMPHIS TEAM

Sydney is a Customer Service Representative who loves helping customers have the best moving experience possible. With her positive attitude and strong attention to detail, Sydney ensures every call and interaction runs smoothly. She enjoys making people feel heard and supported, while turning stressful moments into easy solutions.

Corbin Blake joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK family in February 2017. At one point or another during his tenure, he has held every position within the company. Corbin believes that the best thing about TMT is that every day is another opportunity to prove that we are the best mover in the area. He also enjoys handling the unique challenges of working within a tri-state area. When Corbin is not at work, he enjoys being with his friends and family and designing and working on several woodworking projects.

Justin joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system in June 2008, as a driver before working his way up to General Manager. After gaining valuable experience, he took the next step in his career by purchasing his first franchise in 2013. Passionate about fostering growth, he is dedicated to helping employees reach their full potential and creating career opportunities through the company's expansion of new territories.

Justin is married to his high school sweetheart, Jill, and together they have two wonderful children. Outside of work, he loves spending time outdoors with family and friends. An avid sportsman, he enjoys cycling, running, competing in triathlons, fishing, and hunting—especially duck hunting.

Tyler began his career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in the spring of 2010 as a driver for the Cedar Rapids, IA franchise. Starting at an entry-level position, he quickly advanced to General Manager, gaining invaluable experience and a deep understanding of the business.
In 2014, he took on a new challenge by moving to Tulsa, OK, where he became General Manager of a larger franchise, further strengthening his leadership skills and industry expertise. The following year, Tyler embraced franchise ownership for the first time, relocating to Omaha, NE, to launch his journey as a Franchisee. Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to excellence, he has thrived in his role and is now a partner overseeing 12+ franchises within the Elevated Opportunity Group of TMT.

Outside of work, Tyler cherishes time with his family, including his two sons, Toby and Greyson Whalen, stepdaughter Addison, and wife, Chelsey. Together, they enjoy attending their children's sporting events, wakeboarding, fishing, and traveling to new destinations.

Shannon started her journey with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® 10+ years ago as a Risk and Safety Specialist. Putting in her hard work it led her to current role as Chief Operating Officer for the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® portfolio within Elevated Opportunity Group. A firm believer in leadership development, Shannon has a talent for identifying potential and guiding individuals toward success. Her commitment to creating a culture of growth and empowerment has been instrumental in both personal development and the overall expansion of TMT Elevated Opportunity Group.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys being with family and spending time outdoors, especially when traveling back to Michigan to visit loved ones. She loves fishing, listening to country music, and enjoying outdoor adventures.

Christie began her journey with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in May 2001 as a receptionist before quickly transitioning into Human Resources and Risk Management. She loves being part of an incredible team, helping to create a safe, fun, and family-like work environment. Supporting employees in advancing their careers with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is one of the most rewarding aspects of her role.

In her free time, Christie enjoys cake decorating, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals, and spending quality time with family and friends!

Marrissia became part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team in February 2022. She is passionate about making a positive impact on others and values every opportunity to learn and grow in her role. Outside of work, Marrissia enjoys quality time with her four boys, whether they're bouncing around at the local jump park or exploring new restaurants in the area.

Dan joined the Elevated team as Chief Financial Officer in October 2021, bringing extensive experience from the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® corporate office, where he spent several years as an accounting support specialist. With over 16 years in the field, he now leads the Accounting team, managing finances for 15+ companies, including our locations for TMT and TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK®. When he's not immersed in numbers, Dan enjoys spending quality time with his seven children and five grandchildren. During the summer, you'll often find him tending to his vegetable garden—his way of nurturing both people and plants to flourish and grow.

Matt joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team in August 2017, starting as a mover and working his way up to Team Lead. In July 2018, he transitioned from the Operations side into the bookkeeping department. By 2020, he took charge of the Accounting team and is s passionate for numbers and customer service. In his free time, Matt enjoys hitting the gym and building computers.

Aaron came to us as a mover from Fargo, North Dakota as a mover. He quickly became a driver, then move manager, and is now the newest Operations Manager at our facility. We are thrilled that Aaron has taken to the position. His willingness to learn and do the things that we ask has been nothing short of stellar. Great employees are a company's backbone. When they're recognized and rewarded with promotions, it creates a win-win situation.

David joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® nine years ago in Michigan. Over that time he has spent time learning all aspects of the business including sales, operations, and management. David has a passion for winning, no matter the role he is in. He recently was promoted to Director of Operations and oversees the success of 14 locations around the country.

Kelly is a dedicated Customer Service Representative with a passion for helping customers feel supported from start to finish. She takes pride in creating smooth, stress-free experiences and ensuring every detail is handled with care. Known for her friendly attitude and problem-solving skills, Kelly goes above and beyond to make each customer’s day a little easier.
