Here, they gain valuable experience maneuvering furniture through challenging spaces like staircases and narrow hallways. We also require our movers to participate in monthly safety meetings, keeping them informed on the latest industry standards and techniques. Clara B
Since joining the team in 2020, Clara has become an integral part of the Columbia location. She leads with purpose, fosters a strong team culture, and ensures that every customer receives warmth, professionalism, and a can-do attitude. In 2024, Clara was promoted to General Manager, where she continues to focus on creating a workplace that feels as welcoming as the homes her team helps customers move into.
Outside of work, Clara enjoys lake days, spending time with friends and family, and coaching JV girls’ basketball. It turns out that mentorship is a passion that she shares both on and off the court.
