Mike Mays is the Founding Franchisee and General Manager of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, launching the Tulsa operation in March of 2010 with just two trucks and a vision to build something exceptional. Through hard work, strong leadership, and an unwavering commitment to customer service, Mike has grown the business into a multi-location operation serving multiple communities across several states.
From day one, Mike has focused on building a culture centered around integrity, accountability, and excellence. He believes success starts with investing in people — developing leaders, promoting from within, and creating opportunities for team members to grow both personally and professionally.
Mike remains actively involved in operations, financial oversight, and long-term strategic planning to ensure the company continues to deliver a high-quality moving experience while maintaining strong safety and performance standards.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys working out, attending his son’s sporting events, traveling, and spending quality time with his wife. He takes great pride in how far the company has come since those original two trucks and is excited about the continued growth ahead.
