Arron’s journey with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® started over 7 years ago with a moving dolly and a drive to succeed. What began as a job quickly turned into a career built on hard work, teamwork, and a passion for helping people. Over the years, Arron has gone from mover to driver earning Driver of the Month more than 20 times to his current role as a Customer Service Representative.

His firsthand experience gives him a unique edge when it comes to planning and scheduling moves. He knows exactly what it takes to make moving day run smoothly, and his goal is to make every customer feel confident and cared for.

When he’s not at work, Arron enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, and relaxing with his wife.

Jacob Payne is a dedicated team member at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, known for his strong work ethic and commitment to delivering excellent service. With several years of hands-on experience in the moving industry, Jake has developed a solid understanding of what it takes to ensure every move runs smoothly. His calm, can-do attitude and attention to detail make him a reliable asset to both his team and the customers he serves.
When he's not on the job, Jake enjoys spending time outdoors with his three children, staying active, and making memories. He takes pride in helping people through one of life’s biggest transitions and always aims to leave a positive impression on everyone he works with.

Natasha is a seasoned member of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® family, bringing valuable experience from several franchise locations to her current role in the Canton office. Known for her strong problem-solving skills and industry insight, Natasha plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running efficiently. Her ability to jump in wherever she’s needed and her deep understanding of the moving process make her a trusted resource for both customers and team members.

Away from the office, Natasha enjoys the simple things in life—traveling to new places, unwinding with a good true-crime podcast, and spending quality time with her husband and their three dogs. Whether she’s at work or off the clock, Natasha brings energy, curiosity, and a people-first attitude to everything she does.

Samantha has spent the last several years building her career in management, growing from customer service into leadership roles where she thrives on motivating teams and helping people succeed. She is passionate about creating positive experiences and driving success through teamwork and dedication.

Outside of work, Samantha values quality time with her family. She can often be found cheering on her kids at their activities and sporting events, or exploring local festivals, community gatherings, and live music. Whether it’s planning a family trip or enjoying a weekend game, Samantha believes in making the most of every moment.

Tanner brings a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Canal Fulton location. Having traveled and worked at multiple franchise locations across the country, Tanner has gained a deep understanding of all aspects of the moving business. He’s not only well-versed in sales and customer service but also has hands-on experience in both moving and operations, making him a valuable and versatile member of the team.

When he’s not helping customers plan a smooth and stress-free move, Tanner enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Brooklyn, his two children, and the family’s beloved pets. Whether he’s at work or at home, Tanner brings dedication, energy, and a strong sense of care to everything he does.
