We are proud to announce that Raelyn has been promoted from Customer Service Representative to General Manager here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®.

Raelyn has been an incredible part of our family for over 11 years, consistently showing dedication, leadership, and a true passion for helping both our team and our customers. She leads with professionalism, kindness, and a drive to ensure every move is handled with the highest level of care.

Her knowledge of the business, commitment to excellence, and ability to bring out the best in those around her make her the perfect fit for this role.

James has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Akron for over twelve years. Meeting and working with new people comes easily to James. He has always been a people person. James visits potential customer’s homes and offices to provide a free relocation estimate. He takes the time to understand the customers’ needs and then provides them with the comfort and understanding required to make the best moving decision. James is always up for four wheeling, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Charles has been working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Akron for fourteen years. Being a part of this franchise is more than work to Charles. He enjoys coming in every day and seeing his three family members who are also a part of the team. Charles is a very detail oriented customer service representative. When you make a move you want to make sure that your moving company takes the time to ask you about the smaller details of your move. Charles is the techy of the franchise. He is always on the latest Apple gear, watching movies, or playing Xbox.

Outside of work, Amanda loves spending time with her husband out on the lake boating and surfing, as well as enjoying life with her six kids.

Arron has been part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team for over 7 years. He began his career as a mover, quickly proving his dedication and skill, earning Driver of the Month more than 20 times throughout his career. His hard work and deep understanding of the moving process led him to his current role as a Customer Service Representative.

With hands-on experience in every aspect of the moving industry, Arron brings exceptional knowledge to each customer interaction. From expertly stacking a truck to ensuring your move is scheduled seamlessly, Arron can truly do it all.

When he’s not coordinating moves, you can find him fishing, spending time outdoors, or enjoying time with his wife.

Jake brings a unique, ground-level perspective to his role as Franchise Manager at the Akron office. Starting his career as a mover, he climbed the ranks through dedication and firsthand experience. This journey has equipped him with a deep understanding of the moving industry’s day-to-day demands, which he now channels into strong leadership and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Jake is known for running a tight, efficient operation where professionalism is a top priority. Outside of work, you’ll find him lifting weights at the gym, rescuing cats in need of a second chance, or relaxing with his partner, Sadie.

When she’s not at work, Samantha enjoys being active in her community and making memories with her family.
