Chris Raiber has been involved with the company since beginning the franchisee application process in the fall of 2019. Before entering the moving industry, he spent over 20 years in Corporate America leading call center operations. Inspired by the success of his business partner, Nathan Berns, he made the transition into franchising and launched operations in New York.

Chris is proud to be part of the organization and enjoys helping grow the business alongside his team. Outside of work, he spends his free time in his garage working on vintage motorcycles.

Devlin S

Devlin is an Operations Manager at the Rochester location with over a year and a half of experience with the company. In his role, he focuses on supporting company growth, training new hires, and building strong customer relationships through responsive, hands-on service.

He brings a practical, team-oriented approach to daily operations and is committed to helping both employees and the business succeed. Outside of work, Devlin enjoys spending time outdoors and has a strong appreciation for nature and outdoor activities.

Jeff is one of the first hires at the Rochester location and has enjoyed his time with the company. He values the opportunity to meet new people and experience new places through his work. He is a father of two daughters, ages 18 and 14, and also has a Chihuahua and three fish. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games and spending time with his wife and children.

Justin is a Customer Service Representative with experience in retail customer service and parts counter support. This background allows him to provide knowledgeable, efficient assistance to customers and help ensure a positive experience.

Outside of work, Justin is a dedicated Philadelphia sports fan who enjoys following football, basketball, baseball, and hockey.

Iyanna is a Customer Service Representative who is excited to be part of the team and continue growing in her role. She brings a positive attitude and eagerness to learn as she develops her skills.

Outside of work, Iyanna comes from a large family and is one of 15 siblings.

Nicole has been with the company for four years. She joined during the launch of the New York team as an Operations Manager in the Rochester office and has since expanded her responsibilities to oversee all four New York locations.

She is focused on maintaining the high standard of customer experience established by TMT across Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, and Albany. Nicole is a mother of three and a proud cheer mom who enjoys spending her free time with her family.
