Meet Jacob!

Jacob’s journey with us began over four years ago at our Gulfport location, where he quickly distinguished himself as a hardworking, dependable lead driver and crew leader. Known for his high energy, attention to detail, and steady leadership, Jacob earned the trust of both customers and teammates by leading moves with care, efficiency, and professionalism.

Now stepping into his new role as Operations Manager, Jacob will be leading our team in the Golden Triangle. With years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional service, he’s ready to support our crews, grow our presence, and build strong connections in the community.

We’re excited to be in the Golden Triangle with Jacob leading the way and are proud to have him guiding our team into this next chapter!

Austin joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team in June of 2026 and has quickly made a positive impression. Known for his reliability and strong work ethic, Austin is someone the team can count on to show up ready to work and give his best effort every day.

His dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to help wherever needed have made him a shining star on our team. Austin consistently demonstrates the dependability and commitment that help ensure our customers receive excellent service throughout their moving experience.

We are grateful to have Austin as part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK family and look forward to watching him continue to grow and succeed.

Jack is a dedicated member of our team who brings a strong work ethic and positive attitude to every move. Originally from Woodville, Mississippi, he takes pride in helping customers feel comfortable and confident throughout the moving process.

When he’s not on the job, Jack enjoys spending his free time on the golf course and keeping up with his favorite sports teams. He’s also focused on building his future—currently attending East Mississippi Community College, where he’s working toward pursuing a nursing degree.

Jack’s reliability, friendly personality, and commitment to doing the job right make him a valuable part of our crew.

Meet Emily!

Emily began her journey with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in September 2013 as the very first Marketing Manager for the Jackson, Mississippi location. A proud Mississippi State University alumna, Emily brought creativity, drive, and leadership to the role—quickly expanding her impact by stepping into the Sales Manager position, where she guided teams with passion and vision.

Today, Emily focuses exclusively on what she does best—marketing. She now handles all marketing efforts for both the Gulfport and Golden Triangle locations, serving as the creative force behind brand presence, community outreach, and customer engagement. From local partnerships to campaigns that connect with each community, Emily plays a key role in ensuring our locations stay visible, trusted, and deeply rooted in the areas we serve.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her daughter Taylor, her son Michael, and their lovable French bulldog, Birdie. She’s also a dedicated sushi fan and loves staying active with her family—whether on the Gulf Coast or cheering on her Bulldogs.

Meet Rebecca!

Rebecca has been an integral part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® family since July 2015, and her journey is a true example of what it means to grow from within. With nearly a decade of dedication, leadership, and heart, Rebecca has gone from being the backbone of day-to-day operations to officially becoming the franchisee of our Golden Triangle location, which proudly opened on May 1st.

Known for her ability to keep everything running smoothly, Rebecca has always led with care, precision, and a people-first mindset. She often shares that her favorite part of the job is helping make a stressful time in someone’s life just a little easier.

Rebecca’s path to franchise ownership was supported by being awarded the Mary Ellen Sheets Moving People Forward® Scholarship, which covered the full $30,000 franchise fee. This prestigious recognition is designed to empower committed team members to achieve their dreams of business ownership—and Rebecca embodies that mission in every way.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending quality time with her son, Nathan, her family, and her beloved pets—four cats (Gracie, Gypsy, Toshi, and Cheeto) and her dog, Koda.

Rebecca’s leadership, warmth, and dedication make her an incredible owner and community partner. We’re thrilled to officially be serving the Golden Triangle and can’t wait to see all the amazing things ahead with Rebecca leading the way!

Donald is one of the original owners who helped launch TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Gulfport in May 2013, playing a key role in building the strong foundation our franchise stands on today. His leadership, vision, and commitment to excellence set the standard early on—and those values continue to shape our brand.

Today, Donald lives in Berry, Alabama with his wife, Donna. Together, they enjoy traveling, exploring new places, and spending quality time with their family. They share two daughters, Tori and Terra, and cherish every moment with their three grandchildren.

We’re proud to share that Donald is also one of the franchisees of the Golden Triangle location, partnering alongside Rebecca and Michael to help grow the brand and raise the standard of moving in the communities we serve.
We are truly grateful for Donald’s continued leadership, insight, and dedication—and for the lasting impact he has made and continues to make on our organization.

Michael is the proud owner and fearless leader of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Gulf Coast—and a franchisee in multiple locations, including the Golden Triangle, MS and Brunswick, GA. Bringing energy, experience, and plenty of laughs to the team every single day, Mike is known for keeping spirits high while leading with hard work, heart, and humor.

After graduating from high school, Mike joined the U.S. Navy, where he served six years as an aviation electronics technician. By the age of 19, he was already leading teams and giving orders to men twice his age—an experience that shaped his leadership style and taught him how to work with people from all walks of life. “It definitely prepared me to be a leader and taught me how to be ready for anything,” he says.

Following his military service, Mike earned a degree in exercise physiology from Belhaven University in Jackson, MS. While pursuing a career in strength and conditioning, he joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Jackson as a mover in 2013—and quickly found his calling. Just two months later, he stepped into the role of General Manager, beginning a fast rise through the organization.

Mike was selected for the first-ever Mary Ellen’s Moving People Forward® Scholarship Program, where he completed a year of intensive training designed to prepare participants for franchise ownership. His dedication paid off when he was awarded $10,000 to help launch his first franchise.

In May 2016, Mike opened his first TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® location in Horn Lake, MS, followed by a satellite office in Oxford. In 2017, he and his wife Emily moved to the Gulf Coast to lead the Gulfport franchise. Since then, Mike has continued growing the brand—most notably becoming a franchisee of the Brunswick, GA location alongside his longtime friend from the Navy, as well as expanding into the Golden Triangle.

Today, with multiple franchises and satellite locations under his leadership, Mike remains grateful for the journey. “I never imagined I’d be a small business owner,” he says. “I’m incredibly thankful to my partners and this company for the opportunity to live the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® dream.”
